Microsoft Windows 11

My Pavilion PC had installed Windows licenced when I purchased 2,5y ago, also Office 2016 installed which I used until yesterday. Some updates were done to my PC, I didnt read what is going to be updated, and after I saw my Office 2016 is updated to Pro version if I am not wrong, and wanted me to provide activation key which I dont have ofc, as it was installed by HP.

I wrote to Microsoft assistant, they find out I have Office 365 web and Office 2016 at the same time, and the assistant adviced to delete office 2016 package if i am not going to activate it with purchase. I thought I am going back to my old office. After chat ended, I coudnt open any office file, as 365 is web only application for free, and Office on PC was deleted by him.

So I started new chat with them, this time, they said they cant see the version of Office I was used to have before deleting, so they dont have any proof that it was installed and activated, I have to show them my invoice from HP, where it will be mentioned.

I find the order confirmation email, where was mentioned that Office trial version was installed. So they didnt install any office to my PC.

But I have history of updates of my Office 2016 during 2 years, so it was not trial version, which is only for 30 days. Am i right?

Then I contacted to HP assistant by SM, he said he cant find any other information that it was trial version, but Microsoft has to identify my licence by my email.

now I am waiting for a call from Windows support, and I reaaly get tired, already 10 hours trying to go back to my normal life with my office.

can anybody help me what have I to do in this situation
