Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

I bought my printer "out of the box," and the setup cartridges were missing. Now I cannot use my printer. I read in the Community about a way to bypass the setup cartridges, but I'm not seeing a tangible solution. What am I missing here? 

 

I'm so frustrated! Please help me before I throw this printer out the window!
