Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, trying to connect a monitor to this type C hub https://www.amazon.ca/Multiport-Adapter-Portable-DisplayPort-Charging/dp/B0BTVXJVM6/ref=sr_1_5?crid=... 

 

Using a VGA-HDMI cable, and a DP-HDMI cable and neither are working. Tried 2 monitors and both get no signal. Both monitors work when plugged directly into the laptop.
