Product: HP OfficeJet 5230 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a OFFICEJET 5230 e-All-in-One Printer. After checking, it is said from the HP website that it is eligible for Instant Ink enrollment. However, after I started the enrollment and following all the right steps, at the last step, the website told me that it is not eligible for instant ink enrollment. I am wondering what was the problem and how to solve it. Thanks. 

 

The exact wording is:

This printer is no longer eligible for re-enrolment in the Instant Ink program. You may contact HP Instant Ink Support for further assistance.
