Hi.

Few days ago I canceled my membership with HP 

0.99£ A month ....

HP charged me any way this amount 2 days ago by MY PROBLEM IS I CAN NOT USE MY PRINTER!!!!

Please open my printer to use it normal ..I buy HP Printer to use it without membership.

Please help me as soon as possible.
