HP Recommended

Hi,

my laptop broke and I need to contact the Care Pack service to have it repaired (it's the well-known broken hinge problem, e.g. Solved: HP Envy x360 Right Hinge Broken - HP Support Community - 8360940).
Laptop bought in Italy, I work in the UK at the moment. It's still under Care Pack warranty, 3 months left.
Please, provide me a way to get in touch with them and start the repair process as soon as possible to get me back to work!
