Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi there and good morning.
My HP SMART website account (hpsmart.com says) that my printer is offline, but that's not the case as I am able print normally and my printer is connected to my Wi-Fi in my home.
Exact error wording: "Printer is offline. You might not be able to print."
Even my HP Smart app for notebook says there is no error, the printer is ready to print, and I can print.
The reason i am here is that I worry that HP cannot see my ink cartridge level to send me new cartridge 🙂
