Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

Hey there! Every time I use the print dialog box to change setting for better quality prints, my prints change to black and white. I cannot locate the grayscale option to change it back and I end up having to remove the printer and reinstall the printer, then when I go to change the settings for better prints, it switches back to black and white again. It's a vicious and frustrating cycle.
