Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9012e All-in-One Printer

Scans from the glass plate come through to the computer, but scans from the ADF feeder don't come through. Important notice: this happens when I make scans from the control panel of the machine itself.

When I make scans with the software on the computer, I can also scan documents that are in the feeder.

This is a recent problems. It also occured in the past after a printer update, which is happening now again, I believe.

Any solutions?
