Product: HP EliteBook 1050 G1 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
After a routine Windows 11 update yesterday the 'Sure Start' power-on authentication is malfunctioning & won't recognise my fingerprint or password. Holding down Esc, F10, F11 or F12 changes nothing in that I still end up on the Sure Start power-on authentication screen, despite F10 giving the 'Entering set-up mode', F11 giving the 'Entering factory recovery' & F12 giving the 'Enetring network boot' messages.
I'm on a HP Elitebook 1050 G1.
