HP Recommended
Product: HP Envy Pro 6458
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I had a paper jam (E4) on HP Envy Pro 6458, I have removed all the jammed paper and all visible extra pieces (or  left over paper) but the printer does not reset to clear to clear the error.  

 

What else could be wrong?
