Product: HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-f1000 (508R7AV)

I'm trying to watch TV but the screen dims and lock screen appears every three minutes. I have changed every power setting available, set up custom power plans, tried the very few suggestions on this forum and elsewhere. Nothing is working. Same if it's plugged in or on battery.

It seems completely ridiculous that this is something which cannot be easily sorted.

Any help gratefully received.
