HP Envy4527 - Hp envy 4520 won’t print in colour from windows 11 no option to switch off greyscale

Proven solution did not work for me. I uninstalled all HP software and then tried to reinstall. The download of HP Smart failed on the printer install with a blank screen leaving only option to abandon. My printer will still not print clour.

On 3rd attempt to reinstall HP Smart printer started printing color. 👍👍
