Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Whenever I try to initiate a live chat with HP support, I fill out the page where I insert my phone number and a description of the issue, and when I submit that form, it loads a blank live chat page that no one ever connects to.  I can't seem to get in contact with live chat ever - it ALWAYS opens a chat window with no text, no one connects to it, I can post messages to the chat but I'm not connected to anyone.
