Hello I'm using this laptop: HP ENVY x360 Convertible 13m-bd0xxx

One day a white layer came on top of my camera (there is something white blocking my camera physically on my laptop). This prevents my camera from showing anything, the camera is STILL found by the system (it is not the keyboard button that blocks the camera, it is something white that's physically blocking it). There is no practical way to remove the white blocker physically. Toggling the camera off/on through my keyboard's built in camera blocker button doesn't do anything. This white blocker never showed up previously when I blocked the camera through my keyboard.
