Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good Day

I reinstalled windows 10 in January and ever since I have been trying to get my fingerprint scanner to work. It wont show up on device manager (even in when show hidden devices in selected). My windows is up to date and there are no optional updates showing. 

I tried HP Image assistant and it installed the fingerprint driver, however after restarting the computer, it still doesn't show up.

Please help me fix this issue. It was working fine prior to reinstalling windows 10.
