Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i have a hp compaq l2206tm touch monitor, the touchscreen isnt working, the usb b is connected, and the 2 usb on the side are working but it touches random areas sometimes without i touch it. ive tried updating the drivers, resetting the monitor, ive tried also other cables, nothing works but it keeps touching random areas sometimes. what should i do
