One of the keys on my keyboard started lifting up a little. I was able to press it back down and it seemed to "re-seat," but then it would pop up again on a slant (bottom edge down, top edge up). I thought perhaps there was something askew or out of place that needed to be corrected. With past HP computers I've owned, I could use a thin screwdriver and pry the key cover up and out, align back in place, press down, and it would snap back into place.
This isn't happening. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I can't get the key cover to secure back into place. I don't see anything that's broken. Any tips on how to remedy this? Thanks!
