Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8022 All-in-One Printer
  • Printer failing to download update. My warranty is expired so I don't know if that's got anything to do with it. I have the apps installed on all devices and all linked. It regularly tries and fails to download the update. The only notification that suggests an update takes me to a link to download the HP app on my devices but already installed. I have been using the printer for about 3 years. Any help appreciated
