Hi everyone,
I swapped the power port of my laptop which had a loose connection. After assembling the computer again, i had the bad surprise to notice that the power button had not effect at all. The fan does not spin, no video, no sign of life... However, the led of the the power port is working properly, and even turning to orange if i connect the battery. I checked that everything was connected properly. I didnt find any issue.
Except the l'Oise connections, the computer was working perfectly before i swapped the part.
So, is there something special to do when swapping the power port, like a special reset or something ?
Otherwise, do you guys see any other solution?
Thanks in advance.
