Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Printer says cartrides not enrolled in instaink but the HP "Smart" app says it is. Also, I pay 9.99 a month but haven't received cartridges since 20 July 2021.  I know that instaink fee isn't just for the ink but what else is there?  Just a fee for counting how much I print?  Ridiculous.  I've more than paid for the cartridges in my printer and the fact I can't use them is ridiculous.
