Hi there! My Hp Pavillion Gaming laptop 15-ec2145ax' CPU(Ryzen 5 5600H) keeps reaching a temprture above 90 degrees celsius while under load but the gpu(RTX 3050 4gb) stays stable at 70 degrees. The pc is just 5 months old. I have contacted hp care to resolve this issue. They have cleaned the sinks, have also replaced the thermal paste on the cpu yet nothing seems to affect it. They have run the "designated test" in which they just take laser thermometer and check the body for heat and bing a platic body laptop obviously the temperature shows nothing above the normal range. I have tested the cpu tempratur with the help of omen gaming hub and also with msi afterburner and they both show the same results which is my cpu temprature climbing above 90 degrees. For a laptop this new this is unusual. IDK what to do. Any suggestions?
