HP Instant Ink in my opinion is a great subscription to have in my opinion. However, if you ever get the paper subscription and you ever get into a situation where money is tight and you have to cancel the subscription just for a month or so. Then be aware how customer service treats their customers. They say they can't add it back on. Everytime they try they get an error message. They say they'll escalate the case to the proper department. After several months, and I mean months they have not got it added on. It has been escalated several times for several months and still has not been added back on. Their still getting error messages. It seems to me that they are on the lines of thinking oh well you couldn't afford for a month, or two, or so then tuff tootees to you. Grant you that the paper subscription is on $8.00 and some odd change includingthe subscriptionfor Instant Ink (price varies on the plan you have with Instant Ink), but if your ever tight on money every little bit counts. Meaning if you have to have one or the other and can't have both. However, if you can afford both then it is very well worth having. Just know that you can't ever back out of the paper subscription because the representatives have no clue how to add it back on, and neither do their supervisors.
