Product: Z Firefly
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP Z Firefly that does turn on, but i'm only getting a black screen, the fan spinning at max, and the keyboard showing a solid orange light for the mute speaker (F5), mute microphone (F8) and solid white light for the power button.

 

I have tried attaching a second monitor to see if anything is popping up, no luck.

 

Holding the power button and trying on again, but it returns to the same state.

 

Taking the battery out and turning on.

 

Disconnecting the CMOS battery, waiting, reattaching and turning on.

 

Any other options?
