A month ago I bought an HP 320 FHD webcam. I needed a webcam for online lessons. Right after I bought it, I wanted to test it. I didn't have a new computer back then, but I did have an old laptop. I tested the webcam on my over five-year-old LENOVO ideapad 320 with Windows 11. The laptop did not detect the camera at all, and the light on it did not light up at all. The camera just didn't work. I thought it was my old laptop's fault. About two weeks ago I bought a new PC - Lenovo Legion T5-26IOB6 with Windows 11. I tried to check if the webcam works on the new PC. The same thing happened again. The camera didn't work. I also thought it might be due to missing drivers, but this webcam doesn't need any drivers. I do not know what to do now. The school year starts in a few days and I need a webcam ASAP
PS: I couldn't even link my webcam to this message because I received a message that the serial number is invalid.
