i bought my laptop this year and faced audio issues since i bought it, i don't know why i didn't return it but i did send it in to get the audio checked and they said their were no issues found, i don' think they checked software, the issue is that the audio may be very high but the sound coming out is very quiet, sometimes it would instantly change to a high volume but i don't know what actually is the loudest because of this, due to this issue even if its on 30/100 i can hardly hear anything more then murmurs, could someone suggest to me what to do
