HP Recommended

"bi initialize library failed 0xc00000bb"

This error message shows up every time I restart I can't start my pc it just shows the message and does nothing when I go to bios and I saw in some Ur videos that the bios have reset to default and they said to change some time in bios so I went to bios but I couldn't see any options for time so I exited bios and then it said "The selected boot service failed" idk what to do.
