Hello, so here's the story. I was working on my HP Laptop Model 14fq0040nr. I noticed it was at 16% and I was done with my work so I shut down my computer and plugged it in not thinking to look at the charger indicator light. I had gone to do something else and came back and noticed that the light was not on so, I opened the computer to turn it on and it did not power up. I have done lots of things. I have confirmed that the charger is fine and the outlet used was fine. I have removed the battery and held the power button for 60 seconds and put the battery back and nothing happen. At this point I don't believe it is a battery problem however it may be. This laptop is 1 year and a few months old. It is used on a daily basis just work, no huge software usage on the computer. I have had problems with the screen blacking out but then I did a factory reset and that fixed that problem till it slowly creeped back. That might have something to do with it. I'm not sure, that's why I'm here. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
