HP Smart multi-page scan to editable text

 

I need to be able to scan from the HP Smart app on computer.  I want to scan multi-page docs to save as multi-page word files as editable text. Thoughts?

 

Printer is Laser Jet Pro MFP 4101 fdw.    Windows 10
