HP Recommended

I have a hp chromebook x360 14a-ca0190wm. I am looking for a replacement keyboard, specifically keycaps, but I can't find any.

 

I was just wondering if HP sells replacement keys. Please let me know if they/you do.

 

P.S. why does the model chromebook I own not show up in devices when I put in the SN?
