Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi HP TEAM,

Elan Mouse cursor is missing in so many places. it's very difficult to see the cursor. (Ex : If we move the cursor near the search box in browser then cursor automatically disappear. likewise when we work with word or LibreOffice document the cursor is disappeared and again it appeared).

I have HP 15s -Eq2000 series laptop.
OS - Windows 11 22h2 (with latest update).

Note : no any issues with hardware failure.

 

I hope HP Team understand my situation 🙂 ,  Please give the solution.
