HP Recommended

Just rec'd a LaserJet Pro MFP 4101fdn and working to set it up.  We have 100 + HP printers and have never had the mail server setup suck as bad as this one.  Wen setting up the mail server of mail.mycompany.com and port 25 (no SSL or TLS) get a prompt stating need 3 letters, number, special characters. Try 587 as the port (SSL, TLS on) and get the same thing. I purposely screwed up the mail server and it says to set the port to the default 25.  WTH. 

 

Firmware checked and fully up to date.
