Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer has always printed double sided without any problem but for the last two days I've been getting a message asking me to take out the first page, turn it over and re-insert it to print the second page.  It's already set up for duplex printing so I don't know how to go back to how it was before
