Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911g
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is a HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911g model. I encounter some certificate issues and I can't fully use its' features. So, I try to update from the current FW version (CKP5CN1829AR) to the latest one (CLP1CN2011AR). The FW upgrade SW says that the new FW is no applicable. I have downloaded from HPs' support page. Can somebody tell me why I can't do the FW upgrade? Thanks a lot, in advance.
