HP 255 G8 Notebook PC (347S4AV)

hello community. since the latest bios update that i have done a few days ago i am having an issue, i am getting the following message everytime when start the device: there is an issue with trusted platform module (tpm) data // i then have the options to press y to delete whole tpm data (happens nothing if i press y) or n to boot with current one (starts normal)

i tried everything i could to fix this but the problem remains. i think it can only be fixed with a new bios update. but i am not sure if my device will get another one because its almost like 2 years old probably. what do you think will i get another bios update or not? and if you think i will get another one when can i expect it? for now i am having insyde f.37, the date that is added to it is 22 august 2023

processor installed is: amd ryzen 5 5500 u

note: bios rollback is no option

everything is set to activated regarding the tpm in bios

tpm can not be detected from windows, neither in device manager also not in any other area.

laptop works normal so far i can tell its just the annoying notification that bothers me by every start.

upgraded to windows 11 long time ago, this happened not during the upgrade.

here is what i already tried to fix it:

(i not care much about the not detected tpm by windows it would also be helpful to remove the notification only)

system recovery to a point where i did not have the problem
reset pc with all data
trying change the tpm settings in bios (in hope the notification will go away)
hp hardware diacnostics in multiple ways (all good according to hphd)
disable certain hp and windows programs in autostart
disable windows error report and related notifications
restore bios. (worked but issue remained)
sfc /scannow (also every possible available update even the optional ones)
trying to access tpm through windows security/device security (info security chip: no tpm available)
trying troubleshooting for security chip. just see a page with tpm infos set to not available. delete option is greyed out
trying to access tpm through windows key + r search: tpm.msc (device not found)
trying to clear tpm through powershell with admin rights entering Clear-Tpm (no compatible device found)
uninstall or update tpm drivers in device manager is also no option because its not showing up there

i also found in eventviewer the following message: (this is translated from another language to english)
An error occurred while checking the Virtualization-Based Security activation policy in Phase 6 with TPM 2.0 status: The TPM is not in the correct mode for an upgrade.
