hello community. since the latest bios update that i have done a few days ago i am having an issue, i am getting the following message everytime when start the device: there is an issue with trusted platform module (tpm) data // i then have the options to press y to delete whole tpm data (happens nothing if i press y) or n to boot with current one (starts normal)
i tried everything i could to fix this but the problem remains. i think it can only be fixed with a new bios update. but i am not sure if my device will get another one because its almost like 2 years old probably. what do you think will i get another bios update or not? and if you think i will get another one when can i expect it? for now i am having insyde f.37, the date that is added to it is 22 august 2023
processor installed is: amd ryzen 5 5500 u
note: bios rollback is no option
everything is set to activated regarding the tpm in bios
tpm can not be detected from windows, neither in device manager also not in any other area.
laptop works normal so far i can tell its just the annoying notification that bothers me by every start.
upgraded to windows 11 long time ago, this happened not during the upgrade.
here is what i already tried to fix it:
