HP Recommended
  • When I opened my laptop all I can see is (see picture below) "Drivers", "Devices List", "Exit". I am unable to go pass this screen. When you enter at devices list, nothing is coming up. I have tried removing all external usbs (keyboard and mouse) that are plugged but this keeps appearing. Please help.
