When the device is turned on, beeps sound (3 low tones + 4 high tones). In this case the screen is black. After 4 repetitions, a screen appears with the error “an unsupported adapter is installed.” Then it just turns off.
During these few seconds before the reboot, you can call up the boot and diagnostic menu. Hardware tests pass without errors.
Could there be a problem with the power supply? The monoblock has an unusual connector... maybe it can’t determine the originality of the block or something like that.. 😞
Tell me the solution please. I've seen this is a very common problem.
