Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer connects to the network via WiFi with DHCP.  The DHCP server has a lease for the printer, however, the printer never actually gets an IP address. The WiFi config screen says "IP Address: Updating...".  I can print via AirPrint (or whatever Apple calls it).  I ran the repair tool or doctor, and it found some problems, "fixed" them, but no IP address.

 

The printer complains about not having an internet connection so it cannot update Instant Ink.  I cannot scan from the printer because it doesn't have a network connection.

 

No other devices are having issues. I have rebooted the printer multiple times. I have rebooted the DHCP server.
