Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer

For the past week, I was trying to update my card information on file to keep my insta-ink subscription up to date. Everytime I click the bottun to update payment it keeps sending me to the welcome Latoya page. I am annoyed and vexed! I wasn't able to print for the past few weeks and I am very close to canceling my subscription.  I even try changing plans to see if that would allow me to change my payment information. 

 

I need help asap please.
