Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro 4301fdw

Trying to install the full featured drivers for a Color LaserJet Pro 4301fdw on a Surface Pro 9 (Snapdragon CPU) on Windows 11 Pro.  I can download and initiate the installation process but at the end I am greeted with the following error:

I have installed this software on several other Windows 11 PC's in my network with no issue.  Not sure why this one is different.
