HP Recommended

I've tried and tried to get thru on here, my invalid serial numbers won't let me get far, I have two samsung printers, since the actual serial numbers are not wanted, I've put in the model numbers like they requested SL-M2825DW/XAC and SL-C480FW/XAA and those also come up invalid, I just want them to know, I have always used hp, since I first started with computers, I have 2 hp's right now, doubt ill ever use them again, if anyone on here has advice id love it, btw have pics of both labels and printouts of the numbers the way the computer sees them too
