Hello all,
HP Omen 16 gaming laptop with Ryzen 7 6000 series processor will often have it's screen go black and become unresponsive. Previously, I used to be able to close and open the lid repeatedly to "wake" up the monitor but that workaround is no longer working. Now, the screen will stay black and require a hard power reset in order to restore operability.
I have noticed that it will often happen after I exit a game, perhaps when it tries to shift from the graphics card to the internal graphics but I'm not certain.
Edit: I have previously disabled Fast Start Up as per previous troubleshooting posts I had seen with similar issues.
