Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I upgraded my laptop to SSD and placed a 2TB Kinston KC3000 SSD. It was supposed to have 7000 reading and 7000 writing speed, but I saw that the speed was less than half. Either there is a problem with the SSD or the motherboard does not support Gen 4. Does my laptop with model number (1U6B7EA) support gen 4? If not, will using a gen4 ssd cause any harm?
