Product: hp elitebook x360 1040 g7 touch

My battery died and when i connect it to the charger and try to start it up it says "please wait for the battery to charge or use a higher wattage adapter to boot the system" i already waited some time and it still wont start up. I'm using the charger that was delivered with the laptop
