Product: HP LaserJet Pro 400 color MFP M475dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP LJ PRO COLOR M44 M475 will not load paper from either tray. I suspect a loader gear or fuser. Also, is there a video which shows the replacement of the fuser?
