Product: HP Laser MFP 1188w Printer

Hi Support, 

 

iOS 17.2 HP LaserJet 1188w can't print from mobile but works on a laptop. 

The error code is 11-1114, it's printed on the paper.

 

Full Detail 

SPL ERROR. - Decoding Fail

POSITION: 0x0 (0)

SYSTEM: common/os_hook

LINE: 732

VERSION: V11.88_220519

ERROR CODE: 11-1114

 

I tried to use the HP Smart to upgrade the Firmware, but no upgrade button was found in the software.

Also, can't see the Firmware version in the HP Smart App, it's blank. 

 

Already searched in Google, App Community, YouTube, also searched for new Firmware on HP site. none of them work. Waste too much time on such a simple thing.

 

Could you please give some advice to fix this?  I can't print since iOS 17 was released.
