Hi,

 

ive been trying to request a new black in k Cartridge before  it runs out due to having a higher volume of prints planned in the next few days.

However virtual assistant is not helpful at all, and unable to connect to an Agent.

Calling the number and opening a case is also not possible.

how can i request a new cartridge?
