HP Recommended

I have a HP Stream Laptop, when I try to power it on (starts off as a black screen), I hold down the power button and after about 10 seconds it flashes a white light at me (as if trying to turn on) makes a clicking noise, and then nothing happens. It just immediately goes back to black. The "power" button lights up on the side of the computer, but goes off the moment it turns black again. No other lights go on, nothing beeps. I tried looking the issue up on numerous websites but no ones can seem to identify the issue.
