Hello, as per specs on the laptop I have purchased, there is '1 Thunderbolt™ 4 with USB Type-C® 40Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery' and also it says that 'You can use the 100W/20V Type-C adapter or power bank when running light loading tasks.'
Unfortunately I tried using an USB-C adapter (100W, 20V) but if the laptop is turned on it just keep using the battery until it is empty and then it turns off. When the laptop is turned off it charges the laptop battery but I cannot use the laptop while charging from USB-C.
Can you please help? as the Thunderbolt power delivery function should allow usage of laptop in place of battery,
Adding that this is the product I have (the model tag is wrong):
OMEN 17 Gaming Laptop 17-ck2002na
