HP Recommended

I made a mistake in buy an HP wireless instead of a USB cable.  I tried everything I know how to get it back on line to include HP Assist and HP Doc, etc, to nowhere to get it back on line.  My printer is a HP Laserjet M234sdwe.  Any help would be appreciated.  Right now the terrible screen (which I can't see really) has a flashing orange exclamation point and flashing white i, with a blinking wireless in blue.
